OpenText World 2024 Empowers Leaders to Harness Innovation for a New Digital Era

OpenText™ welcomed thousands of professionals to OpenText World 2024 at The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas. Under the theme “Information Reimagined: Elevate Human Potential,” the four-day event is a transformative platform for exploring cutting-edge advancements in Business Cloud, Business AI, and Business Technology.

On the opening day, OpenText unveiled Titanium X with Cloud Editions (CE) 24.4, a solution designed to integrate trusted information management with advanced AI. The new release focuses on enhancing multi-cloud integration, enabling AI agents, and empowering developers with secure data orchestration tools.

Mark J. Barrenechea, CEO and CTO of OpenText, outlined his vision for the future during his keynote address. Key themes included:

• Unlocking Human Potential: Leveraging AI with OpenText Aviator to maximise the value of talent and data.
• AI in Action: Deploying over 100 AI agents embedded in 15 Aviators to automate workflows and boost productivity.
• Multi-Cloud Advantage: Facilitating seamless integration across applications, supply chains, and security infrastructures without the need to move data.
• AI-Driven Development: The AI Data Cloud enables developers to build secure, compliant, and robust applications.
• Advanced Cybersecurity: Solutions like OpenText Threat Detection and Response address growing cyber threats, ensuring trust and security in operations.

Barrenechea emphasised the role of information as a catalyst for innovation, stating: “Organisations possess two unique gifts – talent and data. By reimagining how we manage and utilise these assets with integrated AI and cloud solutions, we can drive unparalleled human potential.”

Day Two Highlights

The second day will feature Muhi S. Majzoub, EVP and Chief Product Officer, showcasing the latest innovations, followed by insights from Shannon Bell, EVP and Chief Digital Officer, on how OpenText applies its technology to enhance internal processes.

Lindsay Fernandez, Vice President of Global Operations at Catalent, shared how OpenText’s solutions have transformed their operations: “With OpenText, we’ve achieved operational reliability and compliance across global facilities, boosting productivity with autonomous workflows and robust security.”
