Redcliffe Labs, an omnichannel diagnostics service provider, has expanded its footprint in Delhi NCR by establishing two new diagnostic laboratories in Faridabad and Rohini.
The company in a press statement on Thursday informed that these additions reflect Redcliffe Labs' commitment to enhancing the accessibility of reliable, high-quality diagnostic services across the region.
Equipped with cutting-edge machinery, the new labs aim to meet the growing demand for quality healthcare services. Redcliffe Labs now operates with seven laboratories and over 175 collection centres in Delhi NCR alone, furthering its mission to provide every Indian with the right to quality diagnostics.
The Faridabad lab is headed by Dr. Kanchan Gulati, a Zonal Laboratory Head with over 15 years of experience, while the Rohini lab is led by Dr. Sonali, a Consultant MD Pathologist with over seven years of expertise. These labs offer over 3,600 routine and specialised tests, including biochemistry, haematology, immunoassays, molecular/genomic testing, and more.
Dr. Geetanjali Gupta, Director of Technical Operations and Quality Assurance at Redcliffe Labs, highlighted the strategic expansion, stating, "We are witnessing tremendous engagement from increasingly health-conscious consumers and are expanding our services to enhance their experience and convenience. With the launch of these new labs, we are bringing diagnostic services closer to patients, significantly reducing turnaround times and improving processing capacity within specific geographical locations."
Redcliffe Labs offers convenient test booking through digital channels such as their app, website, and WhatsApp, along with walk-in options for health checkups. The labs follow six-sigma processes and perform over 50 stringent quality checks to ensure report accuracy, the press statement added.
