You should take 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 milliliters) in mixture with a glass of water as the usual dose. It can be consumed before dinner to regulate blood sugar levels after the meal; this is very important especially to the women who have PCOS. However, apple cider vinegar may not just be consumed with water; one can add it to other drinks such as tea or juice to enhance the taste. Therefore, it is used by some for making a dressing for salads and other foods.
