Carpl.ai, a healthcare technology company, has received the CE mark for its enterprise imaging AI platform. This advanced solution integrates seamlessly with any PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), enabling radiologists to review, accept, reject, or modify AI-generated outputs. The platform also helps optimise radiologists' workflow by prioritising exams and automating key tasks.

Carpl.ai had already secured approval for the platform from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in May 2024. The AI platform is currently being used by prominent institutions, including Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston, University Hospitals in Cleveland, and the Singapore Government Healthcare System.

The company plans to showcase the platform at the upcoming RSNA (Radiological Society of North America) meeting, offering a closer look at how the technology is transforming diagnostic imaging practices.

This AI-powered platform is designed to help radiologists enhance accuracy, streamline decision-making, and improve overall patient care, making it a key tool for healthcare facilities worldwide.

CARPL.ai has reached a pivotal milestone in its mission to become the safest platform for integrating AI into clinical practice. This achievement not only advances CARPL’s journey but aims to set a new standard for the AI industry by enabling the deployment of CE-approved clinical AI applications in a secure, compliant environment.

At the heart of this innovation is CARPL’s universal AI viewer, which seamlessly integrates with any PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). This viewer empowers radiologists to efficiently manage AI-generated outputs, offering the flexibility to accept, reject, or modify them as needed. Additionally, it enhances the workflow by streamlining critical tasks like exam prioritisation and automatic report population, ultimately improving clinical efficiency.

One of the standout features of the CARPL platform is its unified user interface, which consolidates multiple systems into a single, easy-to-navigate dashboard. This simplification eliminates the complexities that healthcare professionals often face when working with disparate technologies, allowing institutions to fully harness the potential of AI across the board. By centralising AI tools in a cohesive interface, CARPL enhances not only user experience but also the clinical impact of AI technologies.
