Pradanya 2019, IIHMR University’s Annual Conference On Future Of Healthcare

The 24th edition of IIHMR University’s much-awaited annual international conference Pradanya will be held in Jaipur from November 23-25, 2019. The theme of the three-day event this year is “Future of Healthcare: Globalization, Local Innovations and You.”

More than 35 experts from India and abroad in the fields of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, the development sector and allied industries will address the audiences across three days of intellectual churning. They will engage in six panel discussions organized around sub-themes of the conference such as using technology to enhance healthcare efficiency; Value-based healthcare and tackling price transparency; New directions in preventive healthcare; Purpose-driven startups and innovation for health impact; Strategies for effective implementation of SDG 2030; and accessibility, affordability and acceptability of healthcare.

The concluding day of Pradanya will see awards ceremony for the winners and address by the Chief Guest Shri Rohit Kumar Singh, Addl. Chief Secretary, Medical, Health and Family Welfare, Department, Govt. of Rajasthan.

An array of policymakers from states and the Center will grace the event with their presence. Dozens of delegates and students from hospitals, healthcare, pharmaceutical and rural management institutions have submitted high-quality papers and primary and secondary research-based studies that analyze trending issues facing the sector.

Pradanya means “wisdom.” The event has had a long journey of 23 years spreading wisdom amongst young minds and professionals of healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical and rural development sectors. It has served as a prominent platform of interaction between industry luminaries and fresh talent pool of students. It encourages students to display their knowledge in the form of research papers and posters, which over the years have been published in various journals throughout the world.
