Torus Health, a venture of Cosmea Financial Holdings, has joined forces with Apollo, a healthcare provider in India, to create an innovative healthcare platform. 

Torus Health, having previously partnered with Tata 1mg and PharmEasy, is now set to become the sole provider in India offering services from two healthcare giants – Tata 1mg and Apollo. This strategic alliance ensures users of the Torus Health platform can access an extensive range of healthcare services seamlessly.

A significant aspect of the collaboration is the integration of Apollo's entire network, granting users full access to Apollo hospitals and doctors through the Torus Health platform. This streamlined process, facilitated by the Hey Torus app, enables customers to effortlessly book appointments with renowned Apollo doctors online, enhancing accessibility and customer convenience.

The collaboration also boasts 24/7 availability for emergencies, granting users access to the Apollo24/7 platform's pharmacies, diagnostics, and doctor services. This round-the-clock healthcare service provision aims to address critical healthcare needs promptly.

Promising an impressive two-hour delivery nationwide, Torus Health, in conjunction with Apollo, is set to expedite the delivery of healthcare products and medical items. This express delivery service, slated to commence next week, targets patients in need of acute and emergency care, ensuring a sense of security, trust, and convenience for Apollo and Torus Health customers.

The Hey Torus super application integration is another key feature of this collaboration, offering users the ability to book doctor's appointments online, receive special discounts, purchase Apollo-made medicine, and receive pharmacy products within two hours of placing an order. This seamless user experience further solidifies the Torus Health and Apollo partnership.

Notably, customers will now have access to in-house Apollo medications, adding an extra layer of authenticity and trust to their healthcare choices.
