Venus Remedies, a pharmaceutical company has received the "Three Star Export House" certificate issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, the company informed in a press statement on Monday.
To attain Three Star status, a company must demonstrate a significant export performance by reaching a milestone of USD 100 million in a span of three years. The company previously held the Two Star Export House status, which required export performance criteria of USD 25 million, the company informed in its statement.
The company places a significant emphasis on research and development. The company holds certifications like the CII Responsible Export Organization designation, along with EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices) certifications, the company's statement read.
