Ayurvedic Wellness Start-up 'Dr Mantra' Secures Funding From Sirona Founders

The newly acquired funds will be channeled toward business expansion, with the brand aiming to double its operations before embarking on a Series A funding round

Dr Mantra, a fast-growing D2C brand revolutionising the Ayurvedic wellness industry for Indian consumers, has secured an undisclosed bridge round of funding from Deep Bajaj and Mohit Bajaj, the founders of the leading FemTech brand Sirona. 

In a press statement on Tuesday, the compay informed that the newly acquired funds will be channeled toward business expansion, with the brand aiming to double its operations before embarking on a Series A funding round. Dr Mantra is currently in discussions with several potential investors to facilitate this next stage of growth.

Founded in 2021 by Takki Zain and Shivansh Jain, Dr Mantra was established with the mission to tackle various health concerns, with a particular focus on addressing kidney stones. The brand's unique approach lies in revitalising the 5,000-year-old Ayurvedic heritage by harmonising ancient wisdom with contemporary medical practices, making their products and solutions highly effective.

Dr Mantra is renowned for its modern Ayurvedic treatment of kidney stone patients and has positively impacted over 20,000 lives in the last two and a half years. The brand has witnessed remarkable revenue growth, tripling its earnings in the last six months while maintaining positive unit economics at Rs 60 lakhs MRR. Previously, Dr Mantra raised Rs 1.25 crore from 100X.VC’s Sanjay Mehta and his team.
