The Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS) joined forces with Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital, Kaushambi, to host the 19th edition of the Spine and Interventional Pain Management Workshop. The event marked a significant step in advancing specialised training in pain management, attracting medical professionals and experts from across Southeast Asia.
The workshop was spearheaded by renowned pain specialist Dr. Neeraj Jain, MD, FIMSA, FIPP (USA), CIPP (Hungary), alongside Dr. Devesh Kumar Singh, Chairman of NIIMS. The program provided 15 delegates with hands-on experience through sessions ranging from mannequin-based training and cadaver modules to live demonstrations of 80 minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.
Supporting the event were distinguished experts, including Dr. Shantanu Mallick from Mumbai and Dr. Sunil Sharma from Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital. The sessions combined dialectic lectures with practical insights, ensuring participants gained a thorough understanding of innovative techniques in spine and pain management.
