Birla Fertility & IVF Expands To 50 Clinics With Acquisition Of BabyScience IVF

Birla Fertility & IVF, India’s third-largest IVF network and a division of the USD 3 billion CK Birla Group, has acquired of 12 BabyScience IVF Clinics, further solidifying its presence across the nation. 

The company in a press statement on Thursday said that the strategic move marks the company’s entry into Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu, expanding its network to 50 clinics nationwide. This acquisition is part of Birla Fertility & IVF's ongoing expansion strategy, which includes a continued investment exceeding Rs 500 crore.

This acquisition follows closely on the heels of Birla Fertility & IVF's acquisition of the ARMC IVF chain in Kerala just three months ago, reflecting the company's aggressive growth strategy.
