Under the theme "Step Up for a Cause: Promoting Awareness and Pledges for Life-Saving Organ Donation," the marathon highlighted the importance of organ pledging

The 4th edition of Jupiter Marathon Thane’25 concluded with resounding success, uniting over 5,000 runners and 9,000 attendees to advocate for health, fitness, and organ donation awareness. Organised by Jupiter Hospital, the event commenced at 5:30 AM from Singhania School, Pokhran Road No. 1, Thane West, offering three race categories – 5K, 10K, and 21K – to engage participants across all fitness levels.

Under the theme "Step Up for a Cause: Promoting Awareness and Pledges for Life-Saving Organ Donation," the marathon highlighted the importance of organ pledging. Esteemed attendees included Thane Commissioner of Police Ashutosh Dumbare, DCP Prashant Kadam, Dr. Ajay Thakker (Chairman and Managing Director of Jupiter Hospitals), Dr. S.K. Mathur (President, ZTCC Mumbai), and Dr. Bharat Shah (General Secretary, ZTCC), all of whom underscored the urgency of organ donation advocacy.

Dr. Ajay Thakker remarked, "Organ Donation got the grand stage it deserves. Jupiter Marathon 2025 managed to get such a crucial topic on the mainstream."

The event featured interactive activities, including organ donation pledge stations, brain death awareness booths, and motivational talks by medical experts and transplant recipients. Many participants pledged to support 'My Organ Project,' a Jupiter Hospital initiative aimed at providing second chances for those awaiting organ transplants.

As the marathon concluded, participants celebrated a day of fitness and philanthropy, leaving with medals, memories, and a renewed commitment to championing organ donation.
