One Health Assist, a HIPAA-compliant preventive healthcare ecosystem, has unveiled ambitious plans to achieve Rs100 crore in revenue within its first year of operations. Combining digital innovation with physical expansion, the company is set to transform healthcare accessibility in India.

By seamlessly integrating an advanced online platform with a growing network of 50 physical stores, One Health Assist offers a comprehensive suite of wellness services, including Health Lockers, personalised preventive care, and cutting-edge technology like AI and AR/VR. This omnichannel approach enhances convenience and trust, catering to the evolving needs of India’s healthcare consumers.

The expansion includes a franchise model, starting in Ahmedabad, to ensure rapid market penetration with minimal capital investment. This strategy allows the company to scale efficiently, tap into new customer segments, and enhance its regional offerings. Offices in Hyderabad and Delhi are being established to bolster operational capabilities, with Hyderabad leveraging its tech talent and Delhi serving as a gateway to corporate hubs and government stakeholders.

Founder Davinder Bhasin emphasised the company’s commitment to redefining healthcare delivery. "At One Health Assist, our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, reliable, and personalised for every individual. Achieving Rs100 crore in revenue reflects the trust of our customers and the scalability of our model. By merging innovation with customer-centricity, we aim to create a seamless ecosystem for modern healthcare consumers," he stated.

One Health Assist’s physical stores aim to bridge the gap between digital and offline experiences, featuring real-time inventory updates, teleconsultations, and tailored wellness subscriptions. Advanced technologies, including wearables and IoT, are being explored to provide real-time health monitoring, while blockchain solutions are under consideration for secure data management.
