The Paras Health Run 2.0 concluded successfully on Sunday at Leisure Valley Park, Sector 29, with over 40,000 people participating in Gurugram’s largest fitness event. The run was attended by fitness icon Milind Soman, who encouraged participants to focus on their health and adopt a more active lifestyle.
The event featured 5km and 10km race categories, with participants from various age groups and fitness levels joining in. The park was filled with excitement as the runners started early in the morning, creating an energetic atmosphere that highlighted the importance of health and wellness.
