Torrent Pharma's Dahej Facility In Gujarat Gets EIR From USFDA
On Thursday, Torrent Pharmaceuticals informed in an exchange filing that it has received the green light from USFDA for its manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat. The manufacturing site was inspected by the USFDA from 17-May-23 to 25-May-23. The Dahej facility received an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) that translates into no further action indicated.
"In furtherance to the aforementioned intimation, this is to inform you that the USFDA has issued an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) for the said manufacturing facility and the inspection has now been successfully closed by the USFDA," Torrent Pharma said in the exchange filing.
On Thursday morning the company's stock was trading 1.13 per cent higher at Rs 1,957 per scrip as of 10:36 IST on BSE.
