Clinikally Introduces New Same-Day Delivery Service In Collaboration With Zippee

Clinikally, an e-pharmacy platform has taken a significant step forward by introducing a same-day delivery option for its customers in collaboration with Zippee. 

The company in a press statement on Friday said  that this strategic move will address order fulfilment challenges across NCR, Haryana, Punjab, and other cities.

The introduction of the same-day delivery model is a crucial pivot for Clinikally, especially given that 20 per cent of its online sales involve prescription-grade medications. These require a robust and seamless process from order placement and prescription verification to final delivery. Previously, traditional courier partners struggled to meet the demand for faster deliveries due to limited warehouse pickup times and operational constraints. This resulted in delays, fake delivery attempts, and a high return-to-origin (RTO) rate of 27 per cent.

Arjun Soin, Founder of Clinikally, expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration: “In the quick commerce era, delivery speed has become a more critical parameter than ever. The press statement further read, as part of this strategic alliance, customers in Zippee-serviced areas can receive their orders within an impressive 3-4 hour window. This has significantly reduced waiting times, particularly benefiting those requiring urgent prescription-grade medications. The impact on customer satisfaction has been remarkable, evidenced by a 56 per cent increase in repeat purchase rates on the Clinikally website for Zippee-fulfilled orders.

In the initial phase, over 8 per cent of orders are expected to be fulfilled through same-day delivery. Clinikally has already achieved significant milestones, including an 81 per cent reduction in RTO rates for all Zippee-serviced pin codes and SKUs, resulting in lower forward logistics costs and more efficient inventory management. Additionally, Clinikally experienced a 92 per cent fulfilment rate for COD orders and fewer delivery complaints for orders delivered via Zippee, the statement from the company added.
