Visionet Ventures Launches Reteta, AI-Powered Tool To Transform Medical Documentation

Visionet Ventures has launched Reteta, a cutting-edge AI-powered clinical care application designed to automate medical documentation and enhance the delivery of patient care. 

In a press statement on Thursday, the company informed that developed over two years with an investment of USD 2 million in seed funding, Reteta aims to relieve healthcare professionals from the overwhelming administrative workload, allowing them to focus more on patient care.

Reteta’s key feature is its ability to automatically generate essential medical documentation, such as SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) notes, after-visit summaries, and referral letters for other specialities. It also assists clinicians by creating detailed pre-charting, reducing the documentation time to an average of just two minutes.

The AI-powered scribing tool, Reteta sKribe, supports more than 15 medical specialities and converts patient-physician interactions into accurate medical notes for clinicians to review and sign. This technology saves healthcare professionals up to two hours daily, significantly reducing burnout while enhancing patient engagement. With ambient dictation and speech recognition capabilities, 80 per cent of the notes are accepted without the need for edits.

Additionally, Reteta Bcoder, the medical coding tool, achieves 90 per cent accuracy in automating medical coding, increasing productivity by 70 per cent by minimising coding errors and reducing claim denials. The solution integrates seamlessly with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows, ensuring that healthcare providers benefit from streamlined operations without disrupting existing infrastructure.
