Emoha Partners With Aditya Birla Health Insurance

Emoha, an eldercare brand, marks its fifth anniversary by partnering with Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. (ABHICL) to expand senior care solutions. In a press statement on Friday the company said that this collaboration aims to offer personalised eldercare to ABHICL's corporate clients and group mediclaim policyholders, significantly broadening Emoha's reach and impact across the nation.

“Our strategic partnership with ABHICL will allow us to significantly expand our reach and offerings for the elderly across India, ensuring holistic care for their emotional, physical, and financial well-being,” said Saumyajit Roy, Co-Founder and CEO of Emoha. "Group mediclaim policies typically cover the employee, their spouse, and children but often exclude the parents of the employee. Emoha bridges this gap by offering care to the employee's parents," he added.

The press statement further informed that the company raised USD 11 million in the Pre-Series B round at the platform level. With this funding, the company plans to forge more strategic partnerships and introduce innovative service offerings.

Under this partnership, ABHICL will extend Emoha's benefits to its group mediclaim policyholders, ensuring complete healthcare coverage for employees' parents. “We are happy to collaborate with Emoha and integrate their innovative services into our offerings for our group mediclaim policyholders,” said Mayank Bathwal, CEO of Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co.
