Stryker, a renowned name in medical technologies, has inaugurated its new Customer Experience Center at the Stryker Global Technology Center (SGTC) in Gurgaon. The company in a press statement on Wednesday said that this facility is meticulously designed to demonstrate Stryker's extensive range of medical equipment and provide an interactive platform for customers to explore the company's latest technologies. The centre aims to deliver a seamless and enriching experience for visitors, showcasing how Stryker's products address the current challenges faced by caregivers.
The newly opened centre will feature various medical products, including ICU beds, emergency transport ambulance cots, surgeon stools, automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and more. Healthcare professionals will have the opportunity to engage with Stryker's offerings through personalised demonstrations, gaining firsthand experience of their capabilities. Additionally, visitors can provide valuable feedback to Stryker's Research and Development (R&D) team, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's products.
