With an extensive 25-year career in the healthcare industry, Sims brings a wealth of knowledge spanning the healthcare continuum, coupled with a nursing background and an MBA in Healthcare Management.
Sims boasts a distinguished 16-year tenure at Optum/UHC, where she held various leadership roles, including COO, VP of Quality, Sr. Director of Case and Disease Management, Architect of the Clinically Integrated Delivery Model, and VP of Employer Sales.
